Fund-raiser for New St. Nicolas Centre, Earley.
On Saturday, 10th February, at 2:30 pm we are offering local residents the chance to try out a class of traditional Chinese Exercises for health and longevity, and at the same time support a really worthy local cause.
The old St. Nicolas Church Hall is now being converted into a modern meeting place and social hub for Earley, and all proceeds from this class will go to the building fund set up by the church.
So, if your New Year’s resolution involved making 2018 a year to get fitter and healthier, why not come along – and do some good for the community, too? The exercises are easy to follow and are accessible to people with a wide range of fitness levels. Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, they will include exercises for strength, flexibility, balance, and co-ordination; self-massage; and meditative practice.
